Processing Time
All of our products are handcrafted using 3D printing technology and are made to order just for you. Processing typically takes 3–7 business days depending on the size and complexity of your item. Larger or multi-part pieces may require additional production time. If your order will take longer than 7 business days to process, we'll reach out to keep you updated.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship via USPS from Colorado. Estimated delivery times after processing:

USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
USPS Priority Mail Express: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after you receive the notification.
Digital Products (STL Files)
STL digital file purchases are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. You'll receive a download link immediately after purchase.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to make it right — whether that means a replacement or a refund. Please include photos of any damage when reaching out.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
As a veteran-owned business, we proudly ship to military addresses. P.O. Boxes are also accepted for USPS shipments.
