At TheDarksideWorkshop, we love taking on custom projects — whether it's a one-of-a-kind collectible, a cosplay accessory, or a completely original design. If you have a project in mind, we want to hear about it.

How to Submit a Custom Order

1. Email us at darkside.designs707@gmail.com
2. Attach your project files — we accept .3MF and .STL files only. Please do not send other file formats as they cannot be processed.
3. Include the following details in your email:
   • Description of the project
   • Desired size/dimensions
   • Preferred color or finish
   • Quantity needed
   • Your deadline or target date

What Happens Next

We'll review your files and get back to you within 2–3 business days with a quote and estimated timeline. Custom orders are priced based on complexity, material, and print time.

Tips for Best Results

• Make sure your file is watertight/manifold (no open edges) for clean printing
• Include a reference image if possible
• Let us know if you need any design adjustments — we're happy to help refine your file
